All Our Love Handmades was created to serve families, friends, and loved ones of those who have experienced child loss at any stage of life. Everyone is welcome here and everyone has a place. 

Our Forever Loved Memorial Candles are a perfect gift for parents, grandparents, and loved ones. We have stocked our store with other many thoughtful gifts that go great with our candle. It is our hope that everyone, mom, dad, and loved ones can find something here!

Red Bird Ministries is a Catholic, pro-life/pro-family grief support ministry that focuses on bereaved families who have experienced child loss of any age and circumstance, including pregnancy loss through miscarriage and stillbirth, and after birth as an infant, child, adolescent, or adult. While we operate as Catholics, our ministry serves anyone who has expereinced the loss of a child.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

We are happy to offer up to 3 lines of text per candle, with a maximum character limit of 12 per line (includes spaces and punctuations). 

For 2 or 3 children, we reccomend first names only per line.
For 1 child, you are welcome to do only the first name (one line), first and middle name (2 lines), or first, middle and last name (3 lines).

Each line of text will be equally spaced and centered.

You are able to choose the font type and text color for each line. 

We are so excited to offer pre-orders for products that are sold out. This way, we can balance our inventory and the demand from our amazing customers.

Once our on-hand stock is sold out, the product will automatically change to a pre-order status. Please continue to place your order so that your product is in the queue. 

Please check your particular desired item for a projected timeframe of restock. If times change, we will be in contact as best we can.

While we do not yet offer this service at the time of our shop launch, this is one of our highest priority features that we are working on to offer as soon as we can.

SHOP POLICIES

Thank you so much for your order, we are so excited to prepare it just for you!

Our current processing/creation times for orders containing our Forever Loved Memorial Candles is 5 business days due to the personalized nature of this product. 

**Due to the rising summer temperatures, we will be shipping candle orders on Monday & Tuesdays to ensure the least amount of time in transit. Thank you for understanding!

Orders not containing our memorial candles will ship within 3 business days.

Please note that this timeline is only for the packages leaving our office, it does not include actual shipping time from our door to yours.

*Production times may increase during holiday seasons such as Mother's Day and Christmas, but we will do our best to communicate our current production times.

For Order Cancellations:
We do offer order cancellations within 24 hours after purchase as long as the order has not been shipped or your personalized item has not yet been created.

If you would like to request an order cancellation, please send us as email (hello@shopallourlove.com) with the order subject: "ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST: Order #..."
Please include your order number in the subject line so we can access it quickly.

We will be in touch with the status of your cancellation request the following business day.

For Order Changes:
Due to the nature of our order processing system, we are usually unable to change an order after it has been submitted. If you would like to request a change, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order (hello@shopallourlove.com) with the subject: ORDER CHANGE REQUEST: Order #..."
Please include your order number in the subject line so we can access it quickly.

At this time, we do not ship internationally, but as we grow, we do hope to offer this in the future.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your order from All Our Love Handmades. Therefore, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after the marked arrival date of your item to request a return. After 14 calendar days we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and is not a custom / personalized item or digital good.

All sales for personalized, custom, and digital goods are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

To start a return, simply contact us at hello@shopallourlove.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting and getting an approval of a return will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Refunds for the item(s) purchased will be issued to the original payment method on file (minus shipping costs). It can take some time (up to 10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was initiated and it has not yet shown up in your account, please let us know (we will help as best we can) and contact your bank to inquire its status.

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs and fees incurred in this process and shipping costs are non-refundable.

For Damaged Items:
Please contact us (hello@shopallourlove.com) within 7 calendar days of the carrier delivery date of your item and include photos of the damaged item & the packaging it arrived in. 

For Missing Packages:
If your order tracking has been marked as "Delievered" by the shipping carrier but you have not yet recieved it, please check the following:
     -Has anyone else in your household collected the package?
     -Other possible outdoor delivery sites: all exterior doors, porches, mailbox, around and behind front door decor, garage, etc. 
     -Ask neighbors if your package was delievered to their home by mistake

For Lost Packages: 
USPS considers a domestic package to be lost if it is not delivered 15 days after mailing. If your package has not arrived, please contact me within 10 calendar days after this day (25 days since shipping confirmation date) so that I may file a lost package claim.


Return to Sender or Undeliverable Orders:
If an order is returned to the shop, marked undeliverable, or was mailed to an incorrect address and the error occurred where the buyer did not input the correct shipping address at the time of the order, we are not responsible for shipping the item again.

If an error occurs on our part and the original submitted order was correct, we will gladly ship the order back to the customer at the correct address.


For a small added cost, we offer Navidium Shipping Protection on all orders that protect against damage, loss & theft during transit.
